No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.

ECER does not charge fees for article submission, refereeing and editorial processes, layout and publication printing (page or colour fees).

• ECER journal signed the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI: Budapest Open Access Initiative), which promotes free access to research literature, and adopted the Open Access Principles outlined in this initiative.
