Mutaliyev Meiirbol Kadyruly was born on June 20, 1992 in Saryagash, Turkestan region. Speaks Kazakh, Russian, Turkish, English and Persian languages.

He entered secondary school No. 22 in the year 1999. After graduating from this school in 2010, he entered the History department of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai. In 2014, he graduated and received a bachelor`s degree from the university. After graduating from the university in 2014, he enrolled in the scientific master`s program at the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU majoring in "6M011400 - History". In 2015, he completed a scientific and pedagogical internship at the University of Warmin Masuria in Olsztyn, Poland. In 2016, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded a 3rd degree diploma for the defense of scientific work in the research project, organized among doctoral and master`s students of the Abai KazNPU. In 2016, he successfully completed his master`s degree at Abai KazNPU and received a master`s degree in pedagogical sciences.

In 2016-2017, he worked as a history teacher at school-gymnasium No. 175 "Жаңа Ғасыр". Enthusiastically took part in a multitude of school events and programs. In 2018, he entered the Faculty of History at the University of Ankara, Republic of Turkiye, and completed a doctoral program. Currently writing a doctoral dissertation.

Since September 1, 2023, he has been working at Abai KazNPU, Department of History of Kazakhstan named after. Academician T.S. Sadykova.
