He was born in the army's district of Fatsa. After completing his primary education at Fatsa Bolaman, he graduated from Samsun Ladik Akpınar Teacher High School and KTÜ Fatih Education Faculty respectively. On 04.01.1993 he began teaching in the district of Kurucaşile, in the province of Bartın. He was designated a province of Istanbul because of his postgraduate education at Istanbul Marmara University. In 1997, he graduated from the Institute of Educational Sciences of the University of Marmara. On 31 December 1998, he was appointed as a lecturer at the Rize Faculty of Education at KTÜ. He graduated from the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology of Baku State University in 2011 and defended his doctoral thesis on 28.06.2018 entitled "Psychological characteristics of the effects of the media on the development of personality self-esteem".On 30 June 2020, he received his doctorate from the Ali Attestation Commission alongside the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a doctorate in philosophy in the field of psychology in Azerbaijan. The T.C. Interuniversity Board of Directors decided on 10.02.2021 that he was eligible to receive a "Certificate of Equality" for his studies equivalent to a doctorate in psychology. He successfully completed the 450-hour "Family Counseling" certificate program at Kütahya Dumlupınar University, which includes 300 hours of theoretical lessons, 120 hours of practice and 30 hours of supervisory training, and was eligible for the e-government-approved certificate of "family counselor". He still serves as Dr. Teacher at Recep Tayip Erdoğan University. In the field of psychology, there are articles published in international arbitratory journals and statements presented at international conferences.
