Turkish World Journal of Language and Literature (hereinafter “Journal”) embraces open access policy upon publication. Open access yields advantageous results for humanity by enhancing the global exchange of information. Also, the Journal stands by the Budapest Open Access Initiative, accepted on 12 September, 2012.
In this context, open access policies adopted by the Editorial Board of the Journal is available at https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/boai-10-recommendations 

All the papers published in the Journal are licenced under Creative Commons - Attribution 4.0 International - CC BY NC 4.0. With the condition that appropriate credit is given, this licence bestows the rights to copy, share and redistribute all of the papers, data sets, graphics and annexes published by the Journal in data mining processes, search engines, websites, weblogs and every other platforms. Open access is an approach which facilitates the interdisciplinary dialogue and promotes different disciplines to cooperate together. In this direction the Journal adds value to its own specific field of study by offering clarity in assessment processes and accessibility to materials.

Within the scope of providing open access, the Journal advises the libraries to register the contents of the Journal into their catalogues. Turkish Language Institution, owner of the Journal, hereby guarantees that no membership or additional charges will be requested for accessing to the electronically published materials in the Journal.

Privacy Notice
All the personal information kept within the management system of the Journal, such as names, e-mails etc., are only to be used in accordance with the scientific purposes of exclusively this Journal. These information will not be used otherwise and will not be shared with third parties.

Archiving
All the related meta-data and full texts published in the Journal are stored in .xml and .pdf formats within a closed-access third party cloud server belonging to Turkish Language Institution. All the papers are submitted to public use in the “Turkish World Journal of Language and Literature” section in the webpage of the Turkish Language Institution. Additionally, the papers are also stored and submitted to public use in .pdf format in TÜBİTAK ULAKBİLİM Social Sciences Database through ULAKBİLİM servers.
