Article Evaluation Process

The article submission process for the journal involves several stages of evaluation and review. Here is an overview of the process:
     1. Initial Evaluation by the Editor: Submitted articles undergo an initial review by the journal editor. The editor assesses the originality and adherence to scientific and ethical principles. Articles that have significant original value and comply with the required standards are accepted for further evaluation.
     2. Evaluation by the Journal Secretariat: Accepted studies are then evaluated by the journal secretariat. This evaluation focuses on factors such as similarity rate, spelling, and compliance with publication rules. Studies with a similarity rate below 20% (excluding the abstract, abstract, and bibliography) are accepted. Manuscripts with a similarity rate exceeding 30% are rejected without being sent to referees. If the similarity rate falls between 20% and 30%, the author is contacted and advised to address the similarities. Additionally, studies that do not comply with spelling and publication rules are returned to the authors for necessary corrections.
     3. Peer Review Process: Articles that pass the preliminary evaluation stage are sent to two referees selected by the Editor. The referees can be members of the journal's scientific and advisory board, as well as external academicians. Referees are chosen based on their expertise in the relevant field.
     4. Referee Evaluation: For an article to be published, it must receive a positive opinion from both referees. If two referees do not approve the article for publication, it will not be accepted. In cases where one referee gives a negative opinion and the other gives a positive opinion, the article may be sent to a third referee for further evaluation, or it may be rejected. If the referees suggest corrections, the author is given an opportunity to revise the article and address the suggested changes within a specified timeframe. It is possible for reviewers to request multiple rounds of corrections for the same article.
     5. Final Decision and Publication: Articles that receive a positive opinion from the referees and are approved by the editor-in-chief proceed to the publishing phase. They are accepted for publication and scheduled for publication based on the date of submission to the journal.
This process ensures a rigorous evaluation of submitted articles and maintains the quality and standards of the journal.
