4- Blind Refereeing & Evaluation Process
Double-blind review system is applied in our journal. The referees are not informed about who owns the submitted article and the author(s) are not informed about the identities of the referees evaluating the article. Referee reports are confidential and stored for five years. Articles that do not receive positive reports from the referees are not published and are not returned to the author(s); administrative and administrative responsibility is not accepted in this regard. Articles that are requested to be corrected by the referees are sent to the author(s) for the necessary changes. Authors heed the requests, suggestions and warnings of the referees and the editor; however, they may object to the issues they do not agree with and the decisions of the arbitrators, provided that they state their reasons. In this case, the opinion of another arbitrator is consulted. In cases where one of the referee reports is positive and the other is negative, the manuscript is sent to a third referee. It is the responsibility of the author to deliver the corrected text to the journal within the specified period. Editors/Editors are authorized to make minor corrections that are not fundamentally oriented to the articles to be published in accordance with the indexing criteria. Referees only give opinions to editors in making the final decision. The final decision belongs to the editors.
The Evaluation Process of the Articles Submitted to the Journal is as follows:
1- Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by the editor and/or members of the editorial board in terms of purpose, scope, method and writing principles. Two referees are determined by the journal editors to evaluate the article that has gone through the pre-control stage.
2- Manuscripts in accordance with the principles of publication and writing are sent to two referees known for their works and works in the field without specifying the author's name (blind refereeing) for scientific evaluation.
3- In general, the referee has time to accept the refereeing duty in a 7-day period. An extra 7 days may be given for the referee to accept the invitation. The referee who accepts the refereeing task is given 22 days to evaluate the article. At the end of the 22-day period, the referee can be given an extra 8 days. In addition to this general situation, the process of evaluating the articles uploaded to the system is accelerated as much as possible.
4- If both referees give their opinions as "It is appropriate to publish", the article will be published in the volume and number to be determined by the Editorial Board as soon as possible.

5- If both referees give their opinions as "It is not appropriate to publish", the article will not be published in the journal.
6- If one of the referees expresses a positive opinion about the publication of the article and the other has a negative opinion, the manuscript is sent to a third referee; the report of the third referee is decisive in the publication of the article.
7- Manuscripts are not returned whether they are published or not. Authors are obliged to take into account the criticisms and suggestions of the referees regarding the article they send if corrections are requested by the referees.
8- It is the responsibility of the author to deliver the corrected text to the journal within the specified period. The corrected text can be reviewed again by the referees who request the changes if necessary. Authors are not informed about the identities of the referees and referees are not informed about who the article belongs to (Blind Refereeing). Referee reports are put in the archive for storage.
Nine. The journal may also include book introductions and reviews, attachments to a pre-written article, reviews and comments, responses and responses. The decision regarding the publication of such articles in the journal is made by the Editor/Editorial Board/Field Editor.

5. Objecting to the Evaluation Result
In EÜSBED, the author(s) reserve the right to object to the opinions of the editorial board and the scientific board, which are conveyed to the author(s) as a result of the evaluation. The author(s) should send the reasons for objection to the opinions and interpretations as a result of the evaluation for their studies in scientific language and by e-mail to the ebyu.sbder@erzincan.edu.tr address, referring to their basis. The objections made are examined by the editorial board within one month at the latest (opinions can be requested about the objections made to the field editors and referees of the study) and a positive or negative return is provided to the author(s). If the author's objections to the evaluation result are found positive, the editorial board restarts the evaluation process by making new refereeing in accordance with the subject area of the study.

AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF THE PUBLICATION

The studies accepted as a result of the evaluation in the Journal of EUSBED are, respectively; bibliography editing, submission and citation control, layout and stringing, issuance of DOI number and opening to early appearance. Studies published in early appearance are published in volume and number that the editorial board deems appropriate.

There is no source of revenue as EÜSBED does not charge article processing fees (evaluation fee or printing fee) and subscription fee for access to articles.

1- Bibliography, Submission and Citation Control

Scientific research is developed on top of previous studies. In the studies carried out, the source is shown by referring and citing previous studies within the framework of certain rules. Mistakes made intentionally or unknowingly in scientific studies undermine the reliability of the study and publication.

Within the scope of EÜSBED publication ethics, it considers it imperative that accurate and complete submissions and citations of the studies accepted as a result of the evaluation be given. In this context, after each study is accepted, it is subjected to a bibliography, submission and citation check by a company that the editorial board deems appropriate. The financial responsibility of the control carried out belongs to the author(s).

The bibliography, submission and citation control of the accepted studies is carried out in Turkish and English for the full text in the following steps:

Bibliography APA Sourcing Rules 6. It is regulated in accordance with the procedures and principles contained in the version.
• For each citation in the bibliography, it is checked whether the in-text submissions are given according to the procedures and principles, and the wrong ones are corrected.
• Citations for in-text references are checked. The missing ones are requested from the authors, the wrong ones are corrected.

2- Layout and Typesetting Operations
EÜSBED requires uniform and complete page layout and printing format due to the shapeful integrity, readability and standards of articles. In this context, the page layout and string of the completed bibliography arrangements are carried out by a company that the editorial board deems appropriate. The author(s) are responsible for the page layout and the preparation of the print copy.

3- Issuing the DOI Number
The Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is a unique access number that allows identification and access to every work published electronically.
After the acceptance stage, the doi number is given by the editorial board for the studies prepared in the bibliography control and printing form.
EÜSBED cares about the disseminate of current and original information. In this context, the studies accepted by completing the evaluation phase and completing the processes after acceptance are published electronically in early view. The studies published in the early view are published by giving the number of volumes and number of pages that the editorial board deems appropriate and are removed from the early view. Early-view work may not be the last release to be released in the normal issue. In the final release, small adjustments can be made to the studies.

Language Editing
The studies submitted to EÜSBED must have a simple and clear language quality in accordance with the grammar rules of the full text language (Turkish and English) and the scientific field writing. Studies should be written in a clean and fluent language free of foreign words. In this context, the fact that the studies were redacted before they were submitted for evaluation ensures that the publication processes are maintained in a healthier way.
The Journal Editorial Board may request language redaction services during the evaluation processes of the submitted studies or after the acceptance phase. This responsibility belongs entirely to the author.
