ERGONOMIC Journal publishes articles on ergonomics-oriented theoretical and applied research qualifications. The article should be one of ergonomics-oriented subjects (as stated in the "Scope" section) and the word "name" and / or abstract and / or keywords should contain the word "Ergonomics". Articles that do not provide this feature are rejected after pre-check.

Articles may be in Turkish or English.

Only one article of an author can be published in the same year. The evaluation process of the second article of the same author cannot be started before the first article is published.

For each article, 4 separate files will be created.

1. Author Information: The title of the work (all words upper case) should be written in the center of the page. Under the title, each author's detailed information (name, surname, institution information, phone, e-mail address) and ORCID number is given. Download Author Information Form

2. Main Text: Abstract, Introduction, Scientific Literature Review, Method, Results, Discussion (If any), Conflict of Interest and Resources are included. The name-surname and contact information of the author or authors should not be included in the text. Scientific literature review can also be given in the Introduction section. 3. Referee Suggestion Form: Can evaluate the work, contains at least 5 referees information from different universities. Download Referee Suggestion Form 

4. Copyright Transfer Form: The copyright of the article is taken by transferring, filling and signing. Applications where the signed form has not been uploaded are not considered and rejected. Copyright Transfer Form will be downloaded, filled, and uploaded to the system in the first step.

The article is uploaded to the journal's Dergipark system (https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/ergonomi ) with all its files.

The author of the article should be a member of Dergipark. If it is not a member, membership is done at https://dergipark.org.tr/en/register/ 

Dergipark web page “Training Presentations and Usage Videos” link (https://confluence.ulakbim.gov.tr/display/DYM ) provides presentations and videos for many functions.

REFEREE EVALUATION PROCESS 

Videos explaining the submission system are provided on Dergipark web page under the link "Training Presentations and Videos" (https://confluence.ulakbim.gov.tr/display/DYM ). Videos regarding manuscript review process should be seen prior to manuscript evaluation.

Referees must register to Dergipark system through the link https://dergipark.org.tr/en/register/  . After registration, referees can access their account by logging into the system.

Assigned manuscripts can be viewed by clicking on "Manuscripts in Process" and the evaluation can be submitted through the same link.
