The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology also offers new opportunities in the field of graphic design. However, issues such as the legal dimensions of this new technology and copyrights raise important questions. The aim of this study is to analyze the legal framework of artificial intelligence-supported graphic design and to examine the ethical and legal problems arising in this field.
In the study, the use and effects of artificial intelligence technology in graphic design processes were focused on. It has been stated that the applications of artificial intelligence in graphic design can have positive results in areas such as creativity, productivity, user experience and sustainability. However, how this new technology affects copyrights and intellectual property issues has also been discussed.
In this context, the legal dimension of artificial intelligence-supported graphic design is an important issue. Solving ethical and legal problems in this field is of great importance for the protection of the rights of both designers and users. Future studies should consider the legal dimension of artificial intelligence-supported graphic design in more detail and effective regulations should be made in this area.
As a research method, literature review was conducted and the existing literature on the effects of Artificial Intelligence technologies on illustration works and personal data protection issues were examined. With this scan, the current situation related to the issues was determined, the relevant legal legislation and practices were evaluated, and the legal situations of the works created with Artificial Intelligence were examined.
