COVID 19 TANISI İLE YOĞUN BAKIM ÜNİTESİNDE YATMAKTA OLAN İLERİ EVRE OVER KANSERLİ HASTADA PSİKOSOSYAL HEMŞİRELİK YAKLAŞIMI: OLGU SUNUMU
Abstract
COVID-19 vakası bildirildiğinden günümüze kadar, bu salgın dünya çapında bir milyondan fazla insana yayılarak bir pandemi haline gelmiştir. Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan bu hastalık insanlarda birçok biyopsikososyal problemlere yol açmış ve açmaya devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, COVİD-19 tanısı nedeniyle yoğun bakım ünitesinde tedavi ve bakım hizmeti alan aynı zamanda ileri evre over kenseri olan bir bireyin yaşadığı psikososyal problemler ve pandemi koşullarında kendisine uygulanan hemşirelik girişimleri ele alınarak uygulanabilecek girişimlere ilişkin hemşirelere fikir sunmak amaçlanmıştır.

A PATIENT WITH ADVANCED OVER CANCER LOCATED IN THE INTENSIVE CARE UNIT WITH THE DIAGNOSIS OF COVID 19: CASE REPORT
Abstract
Since the COVID-19 case was reported, this epidemic has spread to more than one million people worldwide, making it a pandemic. This disease, which affects the whole world, has caused and continues to cause biopsychosocial problems in humans. In this study, we aimed to provide an idea to the nurses about the interventions that can be applied by addressing the psychosocial problems and nursing interventions applied to him in pandemic conditions of an individual who received treatment and care services in the intensive care unit due to the diagnosis of COVID-19 and who also has advanced ovarian cancer
