Abstract
Makrofaj Aktivasyon Sendromu (MAS),
çeşitli romatizmal hastalıkların ciddi, hayatı tehdit eden bir
komplikasyonu olarak ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Sistemik jüvenil idiyopatik artrit
ve Erişkin Still hastalığında daha sık olarak görülmektedir. Burada nadir
görülen bir hastalık olan Erişkin Still hastalığına eşlik eden ve immunsüpresif
tedaviyle remisyona giren, hayatı tehdit eden bir MAS olgusu sunulacaktır.
