Psychological Contract: Conceptual Framework And a Content Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this research is done content analysis on the nature of the issues associated with the Psychological Contract. For this purpose, thesis and articles which is related to the psychological contract by content analysis. All essays and dissertations in social sciences, has been measured in accordance with the state of the title to go through the psychological contract. Related articles and dissertations, research the language, history and what topics are discussed. The study is research model. For the purpose of study used content analysis method, the results were analyzed by frequency. The findings provided information on the nature of the issues associated with the psychological contract. According to the findings, organizational commitment, communication and violations etc. issues is associated with psychological contract observed.

Psikolojik Sözleşme: Kavramsal Çerçeve ve Bir İçerik Analizi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Psikolojik Sözleşme ile ilişkilendirilen konuların niteliğine ilişkin içerik analizi yapmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Psikolojik Sözleşme ile ilgili olan tez ve makalelere içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Sosyal bilimlerdeki tüm makale ve tezler, başlığında psikolojik sözleşme geçmesi durumuna göre değerlemeye alınmıştır. İlgili makale ve tezler; araştırmaların dili, tarihleri ve hangi konularla ilişkilendirdiklerine göre incelenmiştir. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmış, sonuçlar nicelleştirilerek frekans analizine tabi tutulmuştur.  Elde edilen bulgular psikolojik sözleşme ile ilişkilendirilen konuların niteliği hakkında bilgi vermiştir.Bulgulara göre örgütsel bağlılık, iletişim ve ihlal gibi konularla psikolojik sözleşmenin ilişkilendirildiği görülmüştür.
