KAPSAYICI LİDERLİĞİN ÇALIŞAN PERFORMANSI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ: YENİLİKÇİ İŞ DAVRANIŞLARININ ARACI ROLÜ

Abstract

Kapsayıcı lider her çalışanın örgüte benzersiz katkısının farkında olan, örgütte farklılıklara ve farklı fikirlere açık olan, çalışanlar tarafından ulaşılabilir liderdir. Araştırmanın temel amacı kapsayıcı liderliğin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde yenilikçi iş davranışlarının aracı etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmada kapsayıcı liderlik bağımsız değişken, çalışan performansı bağımlı değişken ve yenilikçi iş davranışları aracı değişken olarak veriler analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada verilere anket yöntemi ile ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre kapsayıcı liderliğin çalışan performansı üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı, pozitif etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir (B=,3411 p<0,05). Kapsayıcı liderlik algısının yenilikçi iş davranışları üzerindeki etkisi anlamlıdır (B=,3928 p<0,05). Yenilikçi iş davranışlarının çalışan performansı üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı etkisi bulunmaktadır (B=,440 p<0,05). Kapsayıcı liderliğin çalışan performansı üzerindeki toplam etkisi β=,4456 olduğu ve aracı değişken olan yenilikçi iş davranışlarının modele dahil edilmesiyle etkinin β=,3132’ ye anlamlı şekilde düştüğü görülmektedir. Kapsayıcı liderliğin ve çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde yenilikçi iş davranışlarının kismi aracılık etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

THE EFFECT OF INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR

Abstract

ABSTRACT
The inclusive leader is a leader who is aware of the unique contribution of each employee to the organization, is open to differences and different ideas in the organization, and is accessible to employees. The main purpose of the research is to determine the mediating effect of innovative work behaviors on the effect of inclusive leadership on employee performance. For this purpose, the data were analyzed as the independent variable of inclusive leadership, the dependent variable of employee performance and the mediating variable of innovative work behaviors in the research. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that inclusive leadership has a statistically significant and positive effect on employee performance. (B=.3411 p<0.05). The effect of inclusive leadership perception on innovative work behaviors is significant (B=.3928 p<0.05). Innovative work behaviors have a statistically significant effect on employee performance (B=.440 p<0.05). It is seen that the total effect of inclusive leadership on employee performance is β=,4456, and since innovative behavior, which is the mediating variable, is included in the model, the effect drops down to β=,3132. It has been determined that innovative work behaviors have a partial mediation effect on the effect of inclusive leadership and employee performance.
