Juguler Ven ve Transvers Sinüse Uzanım Gösteren Sigmoid Sinüs Trombozu

Abstract

Kronik otitis medianın intrakraniyal komplikasyonları, önemli morbidite ve mortalitelere
sebep olan komplikasyonlardır ve erken dönemde hızlı tanı konularak tedavi edilmeleri
gerekmektedir. Lateral sinüs trombozunda antibiyoterapi ve mastoidektomi standart
tedavidir. Tedavide antikoagülan kullanımı ve internal juguler ven ligasyonu tartışmalı bir
konudur. Antikoagülan kullanımı ve internal juguler ven ligasyonunun uygulanmasında
vakanın özellikleri belirleyici olmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumu ile transvers sinüs ve juguler
vene uzanım gösteren otitismedia ile ilişkili sigmoid sinüs trombozlu bir olguya klinik
yaklaşımımızın literatür eşliğinde sunulması amaçlandı.
