In the context of this sociological imagination interviews were conducted with teachers who worked in Mus as paid teachers in 2017-2018 education year. In the study, an in-depth interview technique, which is a qualitative research method, was used. In the study, it was seen that paid teachers are not satisfied with their wages and personal rights, they are worried about their future, they have a low commitment to the profession and they feel very precariously insecure. Therefore, it was found that paid teachers have serious signs of the sociology of precarnation.
Bu
araştırma ücretli öğretmenlerin içinde bulundukları durumu prekarya
sosyolojisine göre incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Prekarya, dünyada
giderek genişleyen güvencesiz kitleyi tanımlamayı hedefleyen bir postkapitalizm
sosyolojisidir.
