2-AMİNO-l,3,4-TİYADİAZOL VE 2-AMİNO-5-NİTROTİYAZOLUN BAZI REAKSİYONLARININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

In this study, thiadiazole type heterocyclic compounds were obtained from the reactions of 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole with 3-nitrophytalic anhydride, cis-1,2,3,6-terahydrophytalic anhydride and 1,8-naphtalic anhydride. On the other hand, from the reaction of 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole with cis-hexahydrophytalic anhydride, diamide derivative was obtained. In the second part of the study, from the reaction of 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole with succinic anhydride, a monoamide compound was obtained. Then, 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole were reacted with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran, 2-(1-pirrolyl)-5-nitrothiazol was synthesized. As a result, structures of these new biological active compounds were characterized by main of combustion analyses, IR, UV and 1H NMR spectral methods and synthesis mechanisms were explained.

2-AMİNO-l,3,4-TİYADİAZOL VE 2-AMİNO-5-NİTROTİYAZOLUN BAZI REAKSİYONLARININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 2-amino-l,3,4-tiyadiazol (1) ve/veya 2-amino-5-nitrotiyazol (2)' un 3-nitroftalik anhidrid, cis-l,2,3,6-tetrahidroftalik anhidrid, 1,8-naftilik anhidrid, cis-hekzahidroftalik anhidrid, suksinik anhidrid ve suksindialdehid eşdeğeri 2,5-dimetoksitetrahidrofuran ile reaksiyonları incelenmiştir. 1 bileşiğinin bazı türevlerinin biyolojik aktivite gösterdiği bilinmektedir [1-7]. 1 bileşiğinin 5-alkil türevleri olan 3 tipi bileşiklerden başlanarak yapılan iki ayrı çalışmada, antibakteriyal aktivite gösteren 4a tipi sulfametiltiyazol ve 4b tipi sulfaetiltiyazol bileşikleri elde edilmiştir [8, 9]. Yakın zamanlarda yapılan benzer bir çalışmada ise, bazı sulfonamid türevleri sentezlenmiş ve biyolojik aktiviteleri incelenmiştir [10]. Aynı yıllarda yapılan bir diğer çalışmada, 1 ve 3 bileşiklerinin metoksikarbonil izotiyosyanat ile reaksiyonundan bir tiyoüre türevi olan 6 bileşiği elde edilmiş ve antibakteriyal aktivite gósterdikleri rapor edilmiştir [11].
