Abstract

Genel tıp hekimliği başta Avrupa ülkelerinde olmak üzere birçok dünya ülkesinde başarıyla uygulanmakta, koruyucu hekimliğin önemi ve maliyete etkisi giderek daha iyi anlaşılmakta, yapılan reformlarla daha da yaygınlaştırılmaktadır. Aile hekimliğini ön plana çıkaran Fransa Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (DSÖ) tarafından en iyi sağlık sistemine sahip ülke olarak seçilmiştir.

Abstract

General medical practice is being successfully applied in quite a few countries around the world, starting with Europe. The significance of preventive medicine and the associated reduction of the cost are starting to bebetter realized and are becoming more common through new reforms. France, pushing family medicine to the front, is recognized by World Health Organization (WHO) as the country carrying the best fhealth care system in the world.
