PSİKİYATRİ KLİNİKLERİNDE YATARAK TEDAVİ GÖREN KADINLARDA DOĞUM KONTROL YÖNTEMLERİ VE İSTENMEYEN GEBELİKLER

Öz

Kadınlar için ruh sağlığı bakımı, hamilelik sırasında ve doğum sonrası dönemde tedavi için gebelik öncesi planlama dahil olmak üzere, önemli yaşam olaylarına hazırlanmak için karar desteğini içermektedir. Psikiyatri kliniklerinde kadınlar için kullanılması öngörülen doğum kontrol yöntemleri ve bunların etkililiğini, yan etkilerini ve psikiyatrik semptomlar üzerindeki etkileri gözlemlemek gerekir. Bütün dünyada yaşanan önemli sorunlardan biri de istenmeyen gebeliklerdir. Daha az etkili bir doğum kontrol yöntemi seçmek, hamile kalmayı düşünmeyen cinsel yönden aktif kadınları istenmeyen gebelik riskiyle karşı karşıya bırakır. Kontraseptif danışmanlık stratejileri, özellikle psikiyatri kliniklerinde kalan kadınlar arasında, karar vermeyi ve uygun doğum kontrol seçimi teşvik etmek için bireysel olarak tasarlanmalıdır.

Öz

Mental health care for women includes decision support to prepare for important life events, including preconception planning for treatment during pregnancy and the postpartum period. It is necessary to observe the contraceptive methods prescribed for women in psychiatry clinics and their effectiveness, side effects and effects on psychiatric symptoms. One of the important problems experienced all over the world is unintended pregnancies. Choosing a less effective method of contraception puts sexually active women who are not planning to become pregnant at risk of unintended pregnancy. Contraceptive counseling strategies should be individually designed to encourage decision-making and appropriate contraceptive selection, particularly among female psychiatrıc inpatients.
