İşitme Kayıplı Çocuklarda Erken Okuryazarlık Becerileri

Abstract

Okuma ve yazma becerisi okul hayatı ve toplumsal yaşam için lazım olan temel beceriler içinde yer almaktadır. Çocukların doğdukları andan, okula başlama sürecine kadar olan zamanda edinilmesi beklenen okuma yazmaya ait ön şart beceriler, erken okur-yazarlık olarak tanımlanmaktadır. İşitme kayıplı çocukların eğitiminde de temel hedef, kronolojik yaşına uygun dil becerileri ve sözel iletişim becerilerinin geliştirilmesi ve yaşıtlarını yakalayabilen bir akademik süreci izlemeleri ve işiten akranlarına benzer eğitim imkanlarına sahip olmalarıdır. Bu derlemede, işitme kayıplı çocukların erken okuryazarlık becerileri ile ilgili yapılmış olan araştırmaların özetleri literatür araştırmasıyla bir araya getirilmiştir.
