POSTERİOR POPLİTEAL FOSSADA BAKER KİSTİ AYIRICI TANISINDA NADİR BİR NEDEN: POPLİTEAL ARTER PSEUDOANEVRİZMASI
Abstract
Fiziksel tıp ve rehabilitasyon polikliniğinde sıklıkla karşılaşılan bir durum olan baker kisti için nadir de olsa ayırıcı tanıda düşünülmesi gereken durumlar vardır. Popliteal arter pseudoanevrizmasının baker kisti ile ayırıcı tanısında ultrasonografi oldukça önemli olup en sık neden iyatrojenik olması nedeni ile hastadan detaylı anamnez alınması gereklidir. Olgumuzda uzun yürüyüş dışında bir tetikleyici saptamadığımız için ve pseudoanevrizma nadiren spontan ya da travmatik görüldüğü için kolayca atlanabilecekken ultrasonografi sayesinde doğru tanıya ulaşabildik. Olgumuzda olduğu gibi diz arkasında ağrı ve şişliği olan hastada baker kistinin pseudoanevrizma ile ayırıcı tanısında ultrasonografi çok önemlidir.
