Özel Bir Hastanenin Yer Seçimi için Bulanık COPRAS Tekniğinin Uygulanması

Abstract

Potansiyel bir hastane için yer seçimi kararı tesisin başarısı veya başarısızlığını etkileyen stratejik bir konudur. Hastane yeri değerlendirilmesi ve seçimi, çok boyutlu doğası nedeniyle karmaşık ve zor bir süreçtir. Kuruluş yeri seçilmeden önce alternatiflerin, farklı kriterler göz önünde bulundurularak incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada özel bir hastanenin kuruluş yeri alternatiflerinin analiz edilmesi için bulanık COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) tekniğine dayalı bir yaklaşım önerilmiştir. Uygulamaya katılan karar vericiler, belirlenen 7 kriterin önem düzeylerini ve 5 farklı kuruluş yeri alternatifini değerlendirmiştir. Sonuç olarak kurulacak özel hastane için en uygun lokasyon belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada elde edilen bulgular nüfus yoğunluğu, rekabet ve erişilebilirliğin hastane yer seçimi için en önemli kriterler olduğunu göstermektedir.
